Assessing Community Capacity to Advance Population Health Through Multi-Sector Collaboration and Data Sharing
Tuesday, August 21 from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm

This session will demonstrate the feasibility and value of a tool to assess community capacity for multi-sector collaboration and data sharing. It will provide an overview of the framework and data collection instrument, and present the findings from public health and community organizations that have used the tool.
