Join a network of communities across the country that are testing exciting new ways to transform health through multi-sector partnerships to share data
If you’re part of a local collaboration working to share data across sectors, there’s no need to wrestle with challenges alone. There are plenty of communities working on projects just like yours, and All In: Data for Community Health can connect you to the right tools, resources, and expertise to help. With a diverse learning collaborative of 100+ projects that is still growing, the All In offers many technical assistance and networking opportunities to meet your specific needs.
In addition to supporting individuals working at the local level, All In also works collaboratively with regional or national initiatives that fund or provide technical assistance to communities engaged in this work. All In was built on the premise that by combining our collective resources and expertise, we can accelerate learning and achieve a greater collective impact.
