All In Webinar: Leveraging Health and Housing Linkages In Response to COVID-19

On April 28th, panelists from Cook County, Cleveland, and Los Angeles County shared their experiences leveraging current health and housing projects to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic facing communities. Webinar: Linking and De-identifying State-level Data Sets to Tackle the Opioid Epidemic

During this All In: Data for Community Health webinar, presenters from health departments in Massachusetts and Allegheny County, Pennsylvania will present case studies about their work to de-identify and link datasets to address the opioid epidemic. Webinar: Addressing Transportation to Improve Community Health

This All In webinar features projects addressing transportation with a multi-sector data component. FLOURISH: St. Louis, one of the BUILD Health Challenge awardees from St. Louis, MO, talk about how they are using data to addressing infant mortality through transportation in St. Louis. The Community Transportation Association of America, a national non-profit, will highlight Wheels to Wellness (W2W), a program in Southern Maryland, that allows healthcare staff in rural Maryland to schedule on-demand and pre-scheduled trips using an online portal, and Oklahoma City, OK, who is working with community partners to create a transportation program for parents working towards reunification with their children now in foster care.

Webinar: Leveraging Technology to Measure Capacity for Using Multi-Sector Data to Improve Community Health

In this webinar, hosted by the HealthDoers Network, Clare Tanner, PhD, Co-Director of Data Across Sectors for Health (DASH) and lead partner in All In: Data for Community Health, provided an overview of the All In capacity assessment tool, which tracks progress in the field of multi-sector data sharing.

Tanner shared the initial results of data collection from 32 communities, described how understanding national-level trends can help guide funding and policy decisions that advance local initiatives, and explained how local collaborations can use the tool to inform their planning and self-monitoring processes.
